Indian Oil Sardines are extremely valuable species for small scale fisheries. They typically live in shoals and are generally believed to embark on an annual migration from Kerala in the South, all the way up to Maharashtra in the North.
તરલી એ નાના પાયે માછીમારી માટે અત્યંત મૂલ્યવાન પ્રજાતિ છે. તેઓ સામાન્ય રીતે જૂથમાં રહે છે અને સામાન્ય રીતે દક્ષિણમાં કેરળથી ઉત્તરમાં મહારાષ્ટ્ર સુધી વાર્ષિક સ્થળાંતર કરવાનું માનવામાં આવે છે.
ತಾರ್ಲೆ , ಬೊಯ್ಗೆ ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರಭೇದದ ಮೀನು ಸಣ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಮೀನುಗಾರಿಕೆಗೆ ಅವಶ್ಯವಿರುವ ಮೀನಾಗಿದೆ. ಇವು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ , ಅಧಿಕ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದೇ ಗುಂಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತವೆ .ಇವು ಕೇರಳಾದಿಂದ ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಾ ಭಾಗದವರೆಗೂ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೊಮ್ಮೆ ವಲಸೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂದು ನಂಬಲಾಗಿದೆ .
तारली/ हैद हा लहान मच्छीमारीसाठी अत्यंत मूल्यवान मासा आहे. ते थव्यामध्ये आढळतात आणि असे म्हणतात कि ते केरळापासून उत्तरेला दार वर्षी स्थलांतर करतात
